Backed by over 20 years of experience spanning insurance, asset management, and aviation finance—including a stint in finance with a Top 10 Lessor—Tiarnan brings a rare blend of industry insight and practical know-how. He’s a trusted advisor on everything from acquisitions and disposals to finance and operational transformation, internal controls, process and all matters involving technical accounting and regulatory issues.
Tiarnan has led major initiatives like IFRS 17 & 9 implementation and is currently at the forefront of innovation in the specialty market across Ireland and the UK.
Beyond the boardroom, Tiarnan brings the same passion to his community work. He has served on the Board of Amnesty International Ireland, mentored through Business in the Community Ireland, and is a spirited advocate for equality of opportunity.
