Key Responsibilities

    – IT and Cyber Risk Management/Transformation
    – Operational Resilience
    – IT Internal Audit technical SMR support
    – Third-Party Risk Transformation
    – AI & Data Governance, Risk Management and Compliance

    • End to end leadership of client engagements, leading and coaching our team on both a day-to-day basis and as part of assignment delivery
    • Leading out on business development activities (e.g. pursuits, proposals, events, thought leadership etc.).
    • Identify, nurture and manage client relationships as part of our management team
    • Effectively manage client-facing delivery teams
    • Ensuring that risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout assignment delivery
    • Fostering and developing strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the global firm

    Skills and Attributes Required to Apply for this role:

    Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Senior Manager level or equivalent

    University graduate preferably from Computer Science/Information Technology background

    8-10+ years of experience of consulting experience in Cloud Resilience or Operational/IT Risk Management or Cyber and with at least 2-3 years at management level.  Also experience in IT, project management, service delivery, regulatory etc. is of relevance.

    Ideally, you will also have:

    • Big 4 management experience and training
    • Knowledge of relevant regulation and guidelines impacting the financial services industry in particular DORA, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management
    • Financial services industry experience, i.e. retail banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors etc.
    • Knowledge and experience of emerging technology, FinTech, Cloud services and Cybersecurity
    • Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001x, SOC 1/2/3, NIST, CSA CCM, COSO)
    • CISA/CISSP/CISM/CRISC/CSX/COBIT qualification
