Judith Lynch is a Partner/Principal in EY’s Irish Technology Consulting practice, based in Dublin. She brings over 20 years of advisory experience across financial services, insurance, banking, & telecommunications. Her expertise spans technology transformation, business change, client relationship management, Agile delivery, strategic advisory, & regulatory risk. Judith has a proven track record in complex programme delivery, having led multi-year, multi-partner initiatives such as:
- Payments transformation, including platform modernisation, operating model design, and strategic roadmap development.
- Digital banking programmes, focused on customer experience, channel optimisation, and core system upgrades.
- IFRS17 compliance initiatives, supporting actuarial and finance teams with regulatory alignment & systems integration.
- Financial wellbeing strategy development, enabling customer-centric engagement models and digital channel optimisation.
