About David

David is an Assurance Partner within EY’s Financial Services organization, bringing more than 18 years of experience across the asset management and structured finance industries. Having worked in both industry and practice, he offers a comprehensive perspective to his clients, who include some of the world’s largest asset managers.

He leads the audits for a wide array of financial structures, including Special Purpose Vehicles, Collateralised Loan Obligations, and Regulated and Alternative Investment Funds. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland with extensive knowledge of IFRS, FRS, and US GAAP. He has also been an active participant in the industry, contributing to working groups within the Irish Funds Industry Association. David holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) (Hons) degree from the University of Limerick.
