Kathrina Murphy is a Partner in Business Consulting in FSO Ireland & EMEIA.
She is an accomplished partner with a strong focus on using data-driven insights to drive business growth, improve customer experience and optimise organisational performance. She works closely with banking clients on their Finance, Risk and Data priorities. With over 20 years of multi-disciplinary industry experience, including roles as Chief Data and Marketing Intelligence Officer, Director of Risk Oversight and Assurance, end-to-end Programme Lead and senior leader across Finance and audit, she brings a well-rounded and practical perspective. She has a proven track record in leading complex transformation across Finance, Risk, Data and Digital Sales, partnering closely with C-suite executives to design and deliver strategic priorities, and driving technology and operating model change as both Business Sponsor and delivery lead.
She is a collaborative and resilient leader who builds and coaches high-performing teams and acts as a trusted advisor to clients. Kathrina holds a BA in Accounting and Finance, a Professional Diploma in Advanced Banking Risk Management, and postgraduate diplomas in Strategic Finance and Analytics and Data Analytics and AI. She has also completed the Inter-Alpha Banking Programme with INSEAD. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Certified Data Management Professional with DAMA International, and a Professional Risk Manager with PRMIA. She combines a strong respect for privacy and regulatory requirements with a focus on improving customer outcomes, and supports clients by turning emerging and complex concepts into clear strategies with effective delivery.
